NOT A VICTORY, BUT A VERY SUCCESSFUL CAMPAIGN!
Our campaign was a true success even though we did not win the election. The exposure, name recognition, and results were incredible for a first time candidate having to establish a grass roots campaign. I am extremely proud of the campaign we have put together and very appreciative of the tremendous efforts put forth by our volunteers.
I also want to thank all who contributed and supported me throughout these many months of the campaign. It was a long and exciting road - - putting together the committee and website, creating our campaign strategy and materials, obtaining signatures, overcoming the petition challenge, and organizing for election day.
I am grateful for the amazing friendships, dedication, and loyalty of my family, friends, neighbors and colleagues. I can not thank you enough for believing in me. In your own way, you all helped run a fantastic campaign.
Although unsuccessful in this election, it is my intention to continue my efforts to be a member of the judiciary and my conviction is unwavering. In my commitment to this goal, my application for appointment as an Associate Judge for the Circuit Court is already pending.
I congratulate Mauricio Araujo in his success in this primary election, and I wish him my best and give him all of my support for the general election in November. Thank you again for all of your support, friendship and assistance with the campaign.
Very Truly Yours,
Stuart M. Brody

Holiday Fundraiser Enjoyable For All
The Holiday Fundraiser at Salud was a great success and a true celebration. Earlier on that same day, the Board of Elections overruled the challenge filed by one of our opponents and certified Stuart for the ballot. Salud turned out to be a great venue and the party was a fabulous fundraiser and celebration. Thanks to all who attended and for all of your support.

STUART BRODY ANNOUNCES 2008 CANDIDACY!
The Illinois primary election is February 5, 2008, and I am proud to announce my candidacy for Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County from the 6th Judicial Subcircuit. As a 6th Subcircuit resident for the past seven years, I have been active in our neighborhood organizations and committees.
Our community needs more judges with experience and integrity. We also need judges who are hard working and fair-minded. As a judge, I would work as diligently and conscientiously as I have as a trial attorney in private practice, and I would serve with the highest level of integrity.
During my seventeen years as a trial attorney in courtrooms across Cook County, I have developed a keen appreciation for our judiciary. It would be a privilege to serve the citizens of Cook County. With your help and support, we can make this happen.
AT THIS TIME, WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR THIS LAST MONTH OF THE CAMPAIGN BEFORE THE ELECTION AND WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR ELECTION DAY, TOO! Please let us know if you can Volunteer for even just a few hours to help us out. Thank you in advance for your interest in my campaign and for your support.
Sincerely,
Stuart M. Brody
